We have been asked to
provide Performers for the Philadelphia International Festival of the
Arts (PIFA 2013). Inspired by the Kimmel Center, this Event launches the
City's arts and cultural scene onto the World stage with a three-week
Festival featuring Philadelphia performances and activities designed to
appeal to loyal fans, as well as the new-to-the-arts crowd. On the last
day of this amazing festival, the Kimmel Center will close down Broad
Street for an all-out street celebration with the overarching theme of
“If You Had A Time Machine”. Vendors, Craftsmen, and Exhibitors will
fill the street while Philadelphians ride a Ferris Wheel and enjoy a
wide variety of performers, bands, café-style seating, and lots of
family programming.
We are seeking a mounted Knight to
ride about the Event.. The Event takes place on Saturday, April 27,
2013 from 11:00AM-7:00PM on Broad Street between Chestnut and Lombard
Streets. If you’re interested in performing, please contact us with your
queries, Terms and Fees no later than February 22nd, 2013. Thank you!
